Our story began in 2009 when a group of parents and professionals came together with a shared vision: to provide a safe and supportive environment for individuals with disabilities. Fueled by a passion for advocacy and a desire to create positive change, they founded Hope Community Services.

We offer a range of services, including Residential Habilitation, Supported Living, and Community Transition. Our team of dedicated staff and volunteers work tirelessly to provide the highest quality care and support, tailored to each individual's unique needs and goals.
